"This place is amazing! Our car stalled on the freeway nearby. We had heard this place was the place to go, and boy were they right! We called at noon on Friday, and were still wanting to drive down south for our reservations. I thought it would be hopeless, however he said bring it in and he can run diagnostics. We stalled probably 15-20 times trying to get it to him, so I thought this would take a while to fix. He got my car in AND fixed in 1.45 hours! I think he gave me a deal on the diagnostics because he did the fix also, or he just is really good and honest and didn't over charge us. It did not ruin the bank, and we were able to get back on the road for our trip. I am unbelievably appreciative of Doug and his shop, and would recommend anyone come here. I have never felt so heard from a mechanic before. Thank you again! You saved our trip!"

"If you are looking for an honest, affordable and professional mechanic go here. I am a college student and this place saved me $1,250.
My check engine light was on and my registration was expiring soon. I was quoted $2,300 to fix the issues. I went with the cheapest local mechanic I can find with 4.9 stars. They quoted me $1,100 to fix the first code and $400 to fix the second. I had my appointment made and everything. Last minute someone recommended me Doug’s and I took a chance to go and have them look at it the same day I called. They looked at it and within 20 minutes they turned the check engine off. They told me this was to hopefully get the first code not to turn on (the more expensive one). When the check engine light turned on again they checked and only the second code turned on and I made an appointment with them to fix it the next day. Got it fixed for $250. Passed emissions and got registration and everything. Done within 2 days!
No mechanic even tried to turn off the first code. So I never knew that was an option and thought for sure I was going to spend at least $1,500. I’ve been driving it for a few days and the check engine light is still off!
