"We found a car online that was located in Orem, UT at a dealership. We live in Nampa, ID. Buying a used car is always a little bit nerve racking and buying one sight unseen is close to terrifying. I Googled "mechanics in Orem, UT" and saw the ratings for Doug's and gave him a call. He was so pleasant to work with and was able to get the prospective car in right away for a pre-purchase inspection. He really went above and beyond to take care of us and we feel much better purchasing a vehicle that's had an independent mechanical review. Being from out of state, he obviously knew we would not be a repeat customer, but he treated us as if our business was his #1 priority. Thank you to everyone at Doug's! You guys are top notch!!"

"I've been to Doug's a number of times, and I won't go anywhere else for so much as an oil change. All the tropes about car mechanics are non-existent here. I've never had them try to upsell me or tell me I need repairs that I don't. They've also completely resolved every issue I've ever brought to them (even when it was for a junker '99 minivan so poorly designed it could make an engineer cry) and their prices are extremely reasonable.__I won't go anywhere else, and neither should you."
