"The owner Doug is a really friendly and hardworking person as are all of the other workers there. They all have a minimum of many years of experience working on vehicles and know all of the tricks that fix the vehicle quickly as well, instead of just installing a whole new part.
Doug remembers me every time I come in. Even when I call from a different number and tell him only my first name and the model and make of my car, he immediately remembers me! He’s really kind to poor college students and tries to give priority to you if you’re a regular (even if you only visit only once or twice a year).
The shop is always very busy though, so you have to make an appointment at least 3-4 days in advance. However, the last time I just dropped in (I was towed there), he still fixed my car the same day and I was able to pick it up a few hours later.
Best of all, they’re all honest mechanics and never overcharge, lie about how long it took them to fix your vehicle, or add things that aren’t needed to the bill.
If I could give him a higher than 5 star rating, I would!"

"Doug, Jake and Kirk go above and beyond to make sure your car is fixed right the first time for a great price. That are always willing to help out when there is a problem I can’t figure out. Great team highly recommended!"
