I’ve been coming here for several years now. They are very competent in their work. I like that they take the time to explain what they’re doing to you so you are both on the same page. When funds were tight at times, they’d work with me so we would both be happy. They’ve always been honest with me, never seeking to make money at the expense of my satisfaction. They’ve always been great with giving me second opinions when I had to go somewhere else, or just giving me advice over the phone. Highly recommend this family-run business!"

"I am very pleased with the work I've had done at Doug's. I just found him by googling mechanics in the area, read reviews, and am very satisfied with taking my vehicle to him. I had to have my thermostat housing replaced and a coolant flush, and he quoted me by far the cheapest price. He also found an additional place that coolant was leaking from and fixed it at no charge. The next day my car broke down for something unrelated. I called to see if Doug could get me in, and even though he was taking appointments out into the next week, he worked me in. He and his crew worked most of the evening and the morning to get the issue fixed. Had the car back in less than 24 hours from when I towed it there.
I really appreciate the transparency I receive here. I will go to the LHM auto campus in Provo, and they send me with a list of things that need done. I take it to Doug’s and he tells me what needs to be done now, what can wait on, and just want I don’t need. I really trust his opinion. My fiancé and I both take our cars to Doug’s and he almost always has it to us fixed same day or the next day. Everyone there is really nice and trustworthy and will do whatever necessary to get you taken care of. Very thankful I've finally found a good mechanic in the area."

"Since going to Doug's shop I have seriously left beyond impressed with their honesty and integrity behind the work they do. It's hard to find a shop where you know and can feel that THEY are looking out for what's best for you and your situation.
I totally recommend this shop without hesitation!"
