"Doug’s team are miracle worker’s. I was in a very tough situation with my Honda Pilot. They took it on despite all the setbacks and now my car is running better than it was before I took it in. Doug always communicated with me, gave me different options, and stuck with the job when most others would have quit. I can’t thank him and Jake enough. They have a customer for life. I won’t go anywhere else."

is a family, father and son business. No big waiting room, just a simple bench in the office to wait. But waiting wasn't long. If your looking for honesty and fair pricing this is the place. I took my car to a local dealership. After a two hour wait I was informed my emissions didn't pass. They informed me they would need to do diagnostic testing. I scheduled for the diagnostic testing that would start at 150.00. I would have to drop off my car for a full day. Someone at Auto Zone in America Fork told me about Doug's Auto repair in Orem UT. I called and was told they did diagnostic testing for 90.00. I went over and showed them my failed emissions paper. He said before he did the test he would check something first. It turned out I just needed a 5.00 fuse, no diagnostic test needed. He did my emission for 40.00, and on line car registration. Two wounderful honest, kind men. I highly recommend Doug's Auto Shop in Orem."
