"Doug spent the time to listen to me over the phone and troubleshoot what problems my car may be having. I returned the next day and he checked out my car. He said there were no problems and if anything does happen then I can come back! I felt how honest and great a person he is during that moment. Definitely coming back if I have any further problems!"
