"I LOVE DOUG’s! I’ve been going to them for the last 3 years (and for 3 different cars since I’ve had a lot of problems) and every time I am blown away. They have always been honest about repairs and have never tried to oversell me on anything. Superb communication and reasonable prices. Plus, I have never once felt talked down to there because I am a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. This has happened to me almost everywhere else and I appreciate the respect they show every one of their customers.__Update 5/31/22: I have moved away from the Provo area but still come to Doug’s whenever I can. The service is just absolutely unmatched."

"I have been going to Doug’s auto for 2 years now and I feel bad I’m just now leaving a review. Doug and all the employees are so nice and explain everything to you before they fix anything. They always get your car done so fast! I will continue coming to Doug’s auto for as long as I live in Utah!"
