"I came here to get a second opinion on a quote I received from a big chain auto business. Doug's was VERY honest with me about what repairs my car actually needs (different from what the big chain told me), and took a lot of time to explain and help me understand. I will definitely be going back to them as long as I live in the area!"

"My family mechanic that we had been seeing for 20 years retired and I did t like the new one they went to so I branched out and gave Doug’s auto a chance and have never looked back! They are SO honest! I’ve never felt like they’ve overcharged me and they’re very informative about the work they’re going to do and give accurate repair estimates. The only downside is sometimes they have so many cars in the shop so it takes a few days to get to mine, but the wait is 100% worth. Can’t recommend these guys enough to someone looking for an honest and local auto repair shop."

"I brought my car in to have an issue fixed. I dropped it off, and less than 10 minutes later Doug called me and told me what happened to my car and that there wasn’t actually anything wrong! He didn’t charge me and stayed late so I could come back and pick it up. I will definitely be coming back when I have an actual issue! Thanks, Doug!"

"Dougs is a great place to take your vehicle. One of the mechanics took a few extra minutes to fix a small problem so my check engine light stayed off and passed emmisions. They are quick, efficient, and reasonably priced."
