"Doug's is great. They are super good about telling you the most cost-effective way to repair your car. I've gone in multiple times because Jiffy Lube told me I needed a repair done, and Doug or Jake has looked at it, said that I don't need the repair yet, and not charged me a cent. They are very competent and very honest. It's great to have a mechanic you can trust and not someone who is trying to get you to spend more money than you need to"

"Doug and his mechanics are awesome! Super personable and knowledgeable. They are one of the few shops in Utah County that I don’t have to worry about taking my cars to. They are friendly and affordable. If you don’t know what’s wrong with your car, but know that something is wrong - they will take the time to check out your car and let you know what the problem is. The shop itself is tucked behind some other businesses so unless you know where you’re going (or someone who has been there before) it can be tricky to find, but they really are like a diamond in the rough. Also, if you’re a mustang fan (or have one that needs to be worked on), these are your guys!"

"These guys are the very BEST! I had paid over $1200 to Rocky's in Orem over 6 months to fix my car (mass air flow sensor) and they still never fixed it. Ended up taking it to Doug's in complete desperation and no funds left to fork out and they figured it out in seconds and fixed it for cost. I have since done all my oil changes there and they're so quick and Honest! Highly recommend them!!"
