"Honest, fair, professional. I feel like I'm part of the family.__I thought my a/c compressor was having issues, from what I described they quoted a thousand dollars. When they got into is they were able to correct the issue for around $250.__They are very popular so I always call ahead to check and plan to leave my car there all day, I recommend them to everyone I know. My mom stopped going to the dealership and started going to Dougs and couldn't be happier. She finally gets an honest assessment."

"Our 21-year-old Toyota Camry broke down in the middle of the road, and we figured we'd better have someone knowledgeable look at it to see if it was even worth fixing. We called around to see what it would cost to get an inspection, and Doug's quoted us the best price - this, combined with their high reviews and excellent neighborhood reputation, made Doug's an easy choice.
Jake had a look and gave us the bad news - the engine was dead. The decades of rides and thousands of miles had finally taken their toll on our trusty companion. Jake said that repairs would cost thousands of dollars, so we all agreed that scrapping the car would be best. He even held on to the car for the afternoon and found us a buyer close by who gave us a fair scrap price for the car.
Thanks to everyone at Doug's for giving us such a positive experience. We'll be back!"
