"Absolutely fantastic, I will not go anywhere else for car repairs! This was actually my second time bringing my vehicle into Doug’s. The first time, my car was making a weird noise and I had brought it to a different shop prior. That shop had given me a rather high repair quote so I wanted to get a second opinion. Doug’s team thoroughly inspected the car but did not find any issues. They recommended I continue driving and bring it in should anything change, but at this point there was nothing to fix and no need to waste my money. I was so sincerely appreciative of their willingness to be honest, even if it meant potentially “losing money”. I came back again today to get an oil change, and there was also a piece of plastic on the bottom of the car that had come loose due to a pothole. I mentioned this beforehand and Doug was kind enough to secure/remove it free of charge! They also did not try to upsell me on anything which I feel happens every time I go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. Both times when I called in asking for an appointment they were very upfront with me about realistic availability and wait times. The first time I was able to get in literally within 30 minutes of calling them. The next time was right before Christmas so he was pretty backed up, so I just waited a few days and he was able to fit me right in. I will definitely be coming back here again for all future repair needs. Thank you!"

"Fantastic service. I usually hate having to deal with mechanic services because of scheduling conflicts and speed of service, but Doug’s was a great experience. I had to get my serpentine belts replaced before I went out of town and Doug’s was the only place I called that could squeeze me in as soon as possible. They were able to get the job done in 2 hours even though it was a busy morning. I can tell these guys deal with crap all the time, but they handle themselves professionally. I will definitely make Doug’s my preferred place for mechanic services."

"Doug is the best in the area by far. Fair, honest, and straightforward. Finally a mechanic I can trust. He loves cars and his customers and it shows. Doug’s and his wife’s Mustangs plus his Ford GT are all wonderfully cared for and worked on by him and his shop too. Great guy. He even made time for me for a last minute appointment. Will definitely be back!"
