"I don't normally write Google reviews, but this shop forced me to make an exception. It is very hard to find a good and honest mechanic now a days and I did my research before choosing this shop. It had a lot of reviews and was averaging 4.8 stars. I'm super glad I ended up coming here.__My car was experiencing overheating issues which forced me to have to tow my car to this location. Not only did they allow me to tow a car there but they also squeezed me in last second. I called the morning of!__My overall satisfaction with the shop is 5/5. The owner and employees treat you more than just another customer. They will talk with you about personal things and explain the repair process to you. And if you're lucky you'll get to see the amazing mustang collection the owner has.__After I left the shop my car was running fine again, I'm definitely making this shop my go-to shop now."

"Doug does a great job working on cars. I took my 1986 Isuzu Trooper in to him, which has a few problems. Doug was able to fix a few things, and tune up my carburetor. He explained clearly what he had done, and what he would recommend for future repairs. Great service, and reasonable prices."

"We have taken a couple cars to Doug's. Every time we have had a great experience. I had an emergency with my car and they were able to squeeze me in the next morning. I am so grateful they made the extra effort to get my car in. They have always been honest and said things didn't need to be done when I thought they may need to be. Decent prices as well. Doug's Auto has earned my loyalty. THANK YOU!!"

"Doug and his team are incredible and very honest. I like their integrity and how they handle each customer. When you talk to Doug, you get the feeling that he really cares about you. Once I called after business hours expecting to maybe leave a message but to my surprise they answered the phone and they were willing to take in my car immediately. They are the best auto repair shop in Utah County."
