"I wish I could write multiple five star reviews for Doug's Auto as they have on multiple occasions earned as much between myself and friends of mine. They are honest, informative, and are up front with what is and isn't urgent and will give you a straight forward timeline for when replacements ought to be made. This honesty and informativeness has made them my go-to shop from here on. Beyond that honesty they've been flawlessly easy to work with delivering exactly on what is requested and at perfectly reasonable rates."

"My car had been experiencing some trouble starting this weekend, I jumped my car and went over to O'Rileys to have them test my battery. They tested it twice and the first time it said that my battery and alternators failed and the second time it said that my battery, alternators, and starter had failed. I went ahead and replaced the battery and the gentleman helping me advised me to see a mechanic soon to check my alternators so I wouldn't put too much stress on them. I called Doug's Auto Repair first thing Monday morning and explained the situation, he told me that I could bring my car in and he would take a look and often times, the testing devices places like O'Rileys uses, aren't super accurate. When I showed up the customer service was great, he checked my car and everything looked good. He was very honest with me and didn't try to tell me different things which need repaired, when they aren't super urgent! I plan on using Doug's Auto Repair as my go-to mechanic from now on!"

"So friendly and honest! They replaced my radiator in two hours the day I brought it in which I wasn't expecting because they were busy. They were also very accommodating while I waited with my young baby. I never want to go to a different mechanic."
